We do not use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with and use the Noyatech Pages – when you visit our websites, use our social media pages, receive our emails, use our mobile apps and/or connected devices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information with companies,

organizations and individuals outside of Noyatech in the following circumstances:

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help prevent unauthorized access. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be entirely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit via our websites. 

 

  • International data transfer:

Noyatech is based in France and has offices in other countries. Depending on your country of residence, when you provide information to us, we will transfer that information to our facilities in France. The recipients of the information disclosures described in the “How We Use and Disclose Your Information” section of this Privacy Policy (above) is located in France. 

 

Special information for parents:

The Noyatech pages are not directed to children, as defined under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. It is, however, Noyatech policy to comply with the law when it requires parent or guardian permission before collecting, using or disclosing Personal Data of children. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with his or her Personal Data without their consent, please contact us via our contact form. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete his/her data from our files.

 

Changes:

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if deemed necessary, we will provide a more prominent notice.

 

Contacting us:

You can request access to information we hold about you, ask us to correct any information that may be inaccurate, and/or ask us to block or delete such information and object to the processing of information (within the limits of applicable law). In situations where we process your information on behalf of our clients, we may refer the request to the relevant client and cooperate with their handling of the request, subject to any special contractual arrangement with that client.
